Into the Forest I Go.
In a last-ditch effort to penetrate the Klingon cloaking
technology, the crew of the USS Discovery develop a plan that puts
the lives of Lieutenant Tyler and Specialist Burnham in danger.
Once aboard the Ship of the Dead, the pair make an unexpected
discovery: Admiral Cornwell is alive and being held prisoner by
General Kol. Meanwhile, Lieutenant Stamets is put through an
incredible test of endurance as the spore drive transforms
Discovery into a 3D camera.
In this episode of The Edge, hosts Brandon-Shea Mutala and Amy Nelson are joined by Sarah Buck to discuss the ninth episode of Star Trek: Discovery, “Into the Forest I Go.” And in our news segment, Mike Schindler and Max Hegel discuss the January return and compare the mid-season cliffhanger to those of past Star Trek.
